Damaged injector wiring harness
The loom running across the top of a hot engine to the injectors. Injectors are fed in groups from shared supplies, so a misfire pattern that maps onto a group rather than onto neighbouring cylinders names the harness rather than the injectors.
Typically a moderate job.
