P2155: Fuel Injector Group D Supply Voltage Circuit/Open
Do not keep driving
On a larger engine expect a noticeable misfire and reduced power rather than a car that will not run. Still worth prompt attention — a misfiring cylinder pumps unburnt fuel into the exhaust, which is hard on the catalytic converter.
What this code means
A fault in the supply feeding a fourth injector group — the last the standard defines, and found on engines with the most cylinders.
The more groups an engine has, the smaller each one is, and the milder a single group failure becomes: an eight-cylinder engine losing one of four groups keeps six cylinders running and remains driveable, where a four-cylinder losing one of two loses half its engine. So the same code family spans everything from an inconvenience to an immobilisation depending on what it is fitted to, and the number of groups is what decides which.

Information, not instruction
CarGeek is a reference, not a service manual. Its pages are written from public sources and from what other people have found, never from a manufacturer's own service information, so they can be wrong or incomplete for your particular vehicle. Some of what they describe carries real risk: high voltage, fuel under pressure, stored energy, hot and moving parts.
Have anything you intend to act on checked by a trained person against the manufacturer's own procedure for your vehicle. Nothing here replaces that procedure.

Nothing posted about this yet. Whatever you found is worth writing down — even a dead end saves someone the same afternoon.
What makes one worth reading:
- The car — make, model, year and engine. The same fault behaves differently on each.
- What you measured, not only what you replaced.
- What actually fixed it — or that nothing did, which is worth knowing too.
