Faulty transmission fluid pressure sensor
The sensor a module uses to confirm that the pressure it commanded actually arrived. A faulty sensor and genuinely low pressure set the same code, so pressure has to be measured independently before the sensor is condemned — the cheap part and the expensive fault look identical from the driver's seat.
