What to do
No urgent driveability impact. Will fail an emissions test until fixed.
What this code means
Voltage on the bank 1 upstream sensor heater circuit is higher than expected — a short to supply, or an open circuit letting the line float. Heater circuits sit in one of the harshest environments on the vehicle, bolted to the exhaust and cycling from ambient to several hundred degrees, so inspect the loom for heat damage before condemning the sensor.
