Control module driver failure
The output stage inside a module that actually switches a solenoid or actuator, as distinct from the module's logic. This is the one case where blaming the module is usually right — several control-circuit faults on the same module, with every winding measuring in specification, is the signature.
Typically specialist work. Needs equipment or training most home workshops do not have.
