What to do
May not start at all. The chain here is short and the relay is a cheap and common cause, so it is worth checking before anything expensive.
What this code means
A fault in the circuit controlling the relay that supplies the injector driver module. Without that supply the injectors cannot be driven at all, so the engine will crank and not start.
A no-start with this code stored is one of the more tractable electrical faults on a modern engine, because the chain is short: control signal, relay coil, relay contacts, supply to the module. Each link can be measured, and the relay itself is cheap and a common failure.
