What to do
May run poorly or not at all. If several injector faults are stored at once, ask whether the shared injector driver module was considered — several injectors failing simultaneously is far less likely than one thing that drives them all.
What this code means
The dedicated injector driver module is not performing as expected. Engines using piezo or high-voltage solenoid injectors need switching that a general-purpose module cannot provide, so a separate driver stage generates the voltages and currents involved.
Because every injector depends on it, a fault here presents as a running problem rather than an electronic curiosity: misfires across several cylinders at once, poor starting, or a complete failure to run. Multiple injector circuit codes appearing together point at this shared driver rather than at several failed injectors — which is the useful discrimination, since injectors are expensive and replacing several is a substantial bill.
