P0755: Shift Solenoid B
What to do
As with solenoid A: note which gears still work. If faults for more than one solenoid are reported, that pairing usually points at something they share — a connector, a supply, or the fluid itself — rather than at two parts failing at once.
What this code means
A fault in the transmission's second shift solenoid. Everything said about solenoid A applies here — the combination logic, the fact that the surviving gears identify the failure, and the accessibility of the valve body — with one addition that only becomes visible when two solenoid codes appear together.
Faults on A and B at the same time are much more often a shared cause than two simultaneous failures. A common supply, a shared ground, a connector carrying both circuits, or debris in fluid that reaches both valves will produce the pair. Chasing them as two independent faults wastes the most informative thing about them, which is that they arrived together.
