What this code means
The power electronics coolant temperature signal drops out or jumps briefly. Because the module uses it to decide how much power the inverter may handle, an unstable reading produces power that comes and goes — a car that feels normal, then flat, then normal again, with no relation to how it is being driven.
That pattern is worth reporting precisely, because intermittent power on a hybrid has several possible sources and this is one of the cheaper ones.
