Same check as P0A3C: the power electronics' own coolant loop, not the engine's. On a rear-motor car mention that layout to the workshop — the loop may run the length of the vehicle.

What this code means

The power stage driving the second motor got too hot.

Everything at P0A3C applies — the separate cooling loop, circulation as the usual story, heat as the ager of inverters. On rear-motor installations the second inverter sometimes sits at the rear with the motor it drives, with its own coolant run the full length of the car; a pipe or connection anywhere along that run is in play.
