As P0A41 — expect restricted or absent electric drive, and start the diagnosis at the wiring.
What this code means
The drive motor position circuit reads high — shorted to a supply, or open where the circuit rests high.
The mirror of P0A41, and the same diagnosis: circuit fault, harness first, resolver last. The consequence does not soften with the direction — the inverter still cannot commutate on an angle it cannot trust.
