What this code means
The battery's cooling air flow is measurably insufficient — not a circuit fault, not a fan judged individually, but the result falling short: less air is moving through the pack than the module commanded.
This is the cooling path's outcome code, and it earns its place because it catches what the per-fan families cannot: every fan can test fine while the path is still starved. A felted intake grille, a collapsed or detached duct, luggage stacked against the vent, a cabin filter's worth of debris in the passage — none of these is electrical, all of them starve the pack, and this code is how the vehicle notices. The vacuum-cleaner diagnosis from P0A7E applies at its most literal, extended along the whole duct run.
Left alone, this is the road to P0A7E and eventually P0A7F — insufficient cooling is precisely how packs age early.
