As P0B0E. A sensor reading at the top of its range is not telling you the battery is doing something dramatic — it is telling you the measurement has failed.
What this code means
Sensor B's signal is above its valid range.
High is the direction of shorts to voltage and of a reference that has risen — the mirror of P0B10, and diagnosed the same way from the other end. As there, the reading is a circuit fault rather than a claim about current: a sensor pinned at the top of its scale is not reporting a huge current, it is reporting that its output is no longer meaningful.
