P0D07: Battery Charging System Positive Contactor A Circuit

What to do

As P0D07. These are the charging contactors rather than the pack's main pair, so a car with this fault may drive perfectly and simply refuse to charge. High-voltage work throughout.

What this code means

The monitoring circuit for the positive charging contactor is faulty.

A charging system has contactors of its own, and that is the first thing to get straight — they are not the pack's main contactors, which are at P0AA0 and its neighbours. The main pair connects the battery to the drive system. This pair connects it to the charger. A car can therefore drive perfectly and be unable to charge, or charge perfectly and refuse to drive, and which contactors are named tells you which.

Why both poles are switched is the part worth carrying, and it is at P0D0E.
