P0D25: Battery Charger System Precharge Time Too Short

The car will usually still drive and may still charge. Have it looked at before relying on it — this code can mean a contactor is not opening properly, which is a fault that gets worse and is far cheaper to catch early than to repair once a contactor has welded.
What this code means
The charging system's precharge completed faster than it should have.
The charging system has a precharge of its own, and it is not the pack's. The main precharge at P0C74 protects the drive inverter. This one protects the charger's own capacitors when the charging contactors close. Both exist for the same reason: closing a contactor straight onto a large empty capacitor draws an enormous inrush current for an instant — enough to weld the contacts together — so a resistor is put in the path first to fill the capacitor gently, and only then is the main contactor closed across it.
"Too short" is the more alarming of the two directions, which is not obvious. Precharge finishing early means the capacitor reached voltage faster than the resistor should allow, and there are only two ways that happens: the capacitor was already charged — meaning a contactor did not open when it was told to, and may be welded — or the resistor is no longer in the path, shorted or bypassed. Either way the protection precharge exists to provide is not there any more.
So this is a code to act on before the next charge rather than after, because the failure it warns about is the one that welds a contactor shut permanently.
