P2335: Ignition Coil L Secondary Circuit
Do not keep driving
Stop if the engine light is flashing. Ask when the spark plugs were last changed before agreeing to a coil — that one question resolves a large share of secondary circuit faults across this whole family, and plugs cost a fraction of what coils do.
What this code means
A fault on the high-voltage output side of coil L — the last of the ignition coil family. The spark plug argument at P2302 is the single most useful thing in the whole block and remains the first thing to establish here: a worn plug demands more voltage than the coil can produce, so the coil reports the fault and the plug is the part that is finished.
