What to do
Usually nothing to feel. Ask whether there is oil inside the connector, as at P2649 — it wicks along the wires from the solenoid and insulates the terminals, and cleaning the plug alone puts the fault back rather than fixing it.

The B rocker arm actuator control circuit on bank 1 reads above its valid range — an open circuit, a disconnected connector, or a short to supply. The oil-in-the-connector failure described at P2649 is the characteristic finding here too.
