Toyota Crown
The nameplate is old and the car is not. Crown has been Toyota's large Japanese saloon since 1955, but the car sold under it internationally from 2022 is a new thing entirely — a raised crossover-saloon on TNGA-K, hybrid only, sharing its powertrains with the Camry and Highlander rather than with any Crown before it. Older Japanese-market Crowns are rear-driven and share almost nothing with it, so establishing which car you have comes before any search. The Hybrid MAX version uses the 2.4 turbo with a six-speed automatic instead of the usual e-CVT, which changes what a shift complaint means.
