Faulty ignition coil driver in the module
The output stage inside the module that switches a coil, as distinct from the coil itself. The distinguishing evidence is several coil circuits faulting on one module while every coil measures in specification — one bad coil is a coil, several with good windings is the driver.
Typically specialist work. Needs equipment or training most home workshops do not have.
