What this code means
The bank 2 exhaust camshaft is more advanced than commanded. Exhaust phasing controls how much burnt gas is retained in the cylinder, so a phaser stuck away from its target commonly produces a rough idle and can trigger EGR-flow codes that are downstream symptoms rather than faults in their own right. Fix the phasing before chasing the EGR code.
