What this code means
The quantity of fuel actually delivered does not match what the module commanded. This is a diesel and direct-injection code, raised when the fuelling system as a whole fails its plausibility check rather than when any single component reports a fault. Because it is a system-level conclusion, it usually appears alongside more specific rail pressure or injector codes — and those are the ones to diagnose first.
