What this code means
The bank 1 B camshaft signal is present but implausible against the crankshaft. The same caution as every correlation-adjacent code applies: the sensor is frequently reporting honestly about an exhaust camshaft that really is out of position, because the chain has stretched or the phaser has failed. Verify mechanical timing before replacing the sensor.
