P0448: Evaporative Emission System Vent Control Circuit Shorted

Driveable with no symptom. Will fail an emissions test.
What this code means
The vent valve circuit is shorted. Water ingress into the connector produces this as readily as a failed winding, and it is worth drying and inspecting the connector before replacing anything — a short that disappears once the connector is dry has told you what the repair is.
