Cause
Open or shorted solenoid winding
The coil inside a solenoid, measured electrically. A resistance check at the solenoid separates it from its wiring in a single measurement, which is why it belongs early in any circuit code naming one.
Typically an easy fix. Often worth checking before paying anyone to look.
