What this code means
The switchable engine mount's control circuit reads high — shorted to a supply, or open where the resting state reads high.
Same family, same consequence: the mount holds one stiffness instead of switching, and the cost is comfort rather than reliability. The diagnosis is the mount's control valve and its wiring; see P0A14 for the family's one genuinely cheap first check.
