What to do
Nothing dramatic will happen, but the motor's overheat protection is running on assumptions instead of measurement — have the circuit repaired rather than living with the light.
What this code means
The drive motor temperature circuit reads at the bottom of its range.
On a thermistor circuit an extreme reading translates to an impossible temperature — typically one far below anything the car could experience — which is how the module knows it is looking at an electrical fault rather than a cold motor. The risk while it is stored is subtle: a module that believed an impossibly cold reading would under-protect the motor, so the value is discarded and caution substituted. Wiring first, as across the family (P0A2A).
