What this code means
The second switchable engine mount's control circuit has failed open.
Everything at P0A14 applies — the soft/stiff switching, the comfort-only stakes, and the vacuum-line-first economics on vacuum-switched designs. Mount B is simply the other corner of the engine; on transverse installations often the mount that takes the torque reaction, which is why its symptom leans toward shudder under hard acceleration rather than at idle.
