What this code means
The pack's fourth voltage sense circuit is faulty.
The argument is at P0B14 and the point about the letter naming a physical place is at P0B19. What D adds is only arithmetic: the number of sense circuits a pack has is a rough measure of how finely it can be diagnosed, and by extension of what can be repaired short of replacing it. A pack that reports four sections can localise a fault to a quarter of itself; one that reports twenty can name a module. Which is why a car with more of these codes available is, counter-intuitively, the easier one to keep on the road.
