Charging will be slower than it used to be on the same charge point. Nothing prevents driving. If the car is old enough that the charger has done thousands of cycles, this is a plausible age-related decline rather than a sudden fault.

The power the charger is delivering to the traction battery is not what it should be.

The reasoning at P0D5B applies unchanged: power is voltage times current, so a power fault standing alone means neither measurement has broken a limit while their product has.

On the high-voltage side, this is the code behind a charge that takes noticeably longer than it used to on the same charge point. Not a failed charge, not an error the driver sees — simply a car that used to be full by six and is now full by eight. That is a hard complaint to raise and an easy one to dismiss, which is why a stored code saying the same thing is worth taking seriously.

The honest causes divide into the charger genuinely being able to deliver less than it once could — chargers do age, and their capacitors age fastest — and the supply having changed underneath it, which P0D27 and P0D29 would show.
