P2019: Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor/Switch Circuit Bank 2
What to do
If sensors on both banks report faults at the same time, ask whether they share a supply — one failed reference voltage sets codes for every sensor on it, and none of those sensors is faulty.
What this code means
A fault in the flap position sensor circuit on bank 2, mirroring P2014. As with the actuator circuits, faults on both banks together point at something shared rather than at two sensors failing at once — most often a common supply or ground, since these sensors are usually fed from the same reference.
That shared reference is worth naming: a five-volt supply feeding several sensors will, when it fails, set codes for all of them simultaneously. The corpus makes that argument at length under P0641, and it applies here unchanged.

Information, not instruction
CarGeek is a reference, not a service manual. Its pages are written from public sources and from what other people have found, never from a manufacturer's own service information, so they can be wrong or incomplete for your particular vehicle. Some of what they describe carries real risk: high voltage, fuel under pressure, stored energy, hot and moving parts.
Have anything you intend to act on checked by a trained person against the manufacturer's own procedure for your vehicle. Nothing here replaces that procedure.

Nothing posted about this yet. Whatever you found is worth writing down — even a dead end saves someone the same afternoon.
What makes one worth reading:
- The car — make, model, year and engine. The same fault behaves differently on each.
- What you measured, not only what you replaced.
- What actually fixed it — or that nothing did, which is worth knowing too.
