P2136: Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A/C Voltage Correlation
Do not keep driving
Ask which correlation pairs are faulted. If two comparisons involving the same sensor fail while the third passes, that identifies which sensor is wrong — and if all of them fail, look at the shared supply rather than the sensors.
What this code means
Position sensors A and C disagree. The full argument is under P2135 and applies unchanged — including, and especially, the shared reference voltage and ground that make two healthy sensors disagree.
What the different pairing adds is a way to narrow it. Where the module compares three sensors in pairs, the pattern of which comparisons fail identifies the odd one out: if A/B and A/C both fail while B/C passes, sensor A is the one disagreeing with everybody. That is worth asking for explicitly, because it can convert an expensive guess into a determination.

Information, not instruction
CarGeek is a reference, not a service manual. Its pages are written from public sources and from what other people have found, never from a manufacturer's own service information, so they can be wrong or incomplete for your particular vehicle. Some of what they describe carries real risk: high voltage, fuel under pressure, stored energy, hot and moving parts.
Have anything you intend to act on checked by a trained person against the manufacturer's own procedure for your vehicle. Nothing here replaces that procedure.

Nothing posted about this yet. Whatever you found is worth writing down — even a dead end saves someone the same afternoon.
What makes one worth reading:
- The car — make, model, year and engine. The same fault behaves differently on each.
- What you measured, not only what you replaced.
- What actually fixed it — or that nothing did, which is worth knowing too.
