What this code means
The A rocker arm actuator on bank 2 engaged and did not release. The consequences and the mechanical reason for not driving it are at P2647.
On a deactivation engine this holds a cylinder shut permanently, which reads as a misfire and produces real vibration; on a variable lift engine it holds high lift, giving a rough idle and poor low-speed running.
