What to do
Get somebody to stand in front of the car while you go through the lights — dipped beam, main beam, indicators, daytime running lights, fog lights. A section that has switched itself off is not always obvious from behind the wheel, and what still works decides whether you can drive at night.
One thing to establish before you accept any quote, because it can change the price enormously. On many cars the electronics that drive the headlight are built into the headlight itself, sealed in with the LEDs. Where that is the case, "replacing the module" means replacing the whole headlamp — often astonishingly expensive. Ask which arrangement your car has; a parts catalogue answers it in a minute, and it is worth knowing before the work starts rather than after.
And ask for the cheap things first regardless. The connectors at the back of the headlight sit in the hottest, wettest corner of the engine bay and are a far commoner cause than anything inside the lamp.

What this code means
The front lighting control module has stopped being heard from. The general reasoning is at U0100, and U0483 explains how modern front lighting is driven — strings of LEDs run by constant-current electronic drivers, switching individual segments dozens of times a second on an adaptive unit.
Silence takes out whatever that module drives, all at once, and the first action is to find out what that is. Have somebody stand in front of the vehicle while you work through dipped beam, main beam, indicators, daytime running lights and fog lights.
