Get somebody to stand in front of the car while you go through the lights — dipped beam, main beam, indicators, daytime running lights, fog lights. A section that has switched itself off is not always obvious from behind the wheel, and what still works decides whether you can drive at night.
One thing to establish before you accept any quote, because it can change the price enormously. On many cars the electronics that drive the headlight are built into the headlight itself, sealed in with the LEDs. Where that is the case, "replacing the module" means replacing the whole headlamp — often astonishingly expensive.
