Ford Edge
The mid-size crossover, and the same vehicle as the Lincoln MKX and Nautilus — Lincoln information covers it and vice versa. Sold in Europe only as a diesel and in North America only as a petrol, which is worth establishing first because the two markets share almost no powertrain. The 2.7 EcoBoost V6 is the engine with the most written about it, and its cam-driven high-pressure fuel pump and carbon build-up on the intake valves are the two direct-injection patterns to rule out.
