Driveable and cruise control still works, but you will not get the usual confirmation that it is set. Worth repairing so you are not guessing.
What this code means
A fault in the circuit driving the cruise control indicator lamp. Cruise control continues to work; the driver simply loses the confirmation that it is engaged, which matters more than it sounds — not knowing whether cruise control is active is an unwelcome uncertainty at speed.
