The lean-under-load condition of P2191, on the second cylinder bank. The reasoning is unchanged: this points at fuel delivery rather than at air leaks, and the measurement that matters is fuel pressure taken under load.
The one-bank-or-both question is unusually decisive here. Fuel supply is shared. A pump, a filter and a supply line feed both banks from one place, so a genuine delivery restriction produces the lean-under-load code on both banks. This code alone, without its bank 1 counterpart, therefore argues against the whole fuel-supply explanation and points instead at what belongs to this bank only — its injectors, or the sensor measuring it.
That is a rare case of the bank split ruling out the leading causes rather than merely locating them, and it is worth stating to a workshop before a fuel pump is quoted.
