Infiniti Q70
The large rear-drive saloon, renamed from M to Q70 in 2014 — the same car, and the older name is where most of its written history sits. It is the Nissan Fuga in Japan and shares the FM platform with the Q50 and 370Z, so those pages cover much of the driveline. The VQ37VHR V6 is the engine most carry, and its variable valve event and lift system on the intake side is the part that generates unfamiliar codes. The VK56 V8 cars use the same exhaust-manifold and precatalyst arrangement as the Titan, so a lean code with healthy fuelling is worth investigating upstream before the fuel system. Air suspension on some trims sets its own ride-height faults.

Y33 (M45) 2002–2004
The first M in North America — a rebadged **Nissan Gloria** with the 4.5 VK45DE V8 dropped in, sold for two model years only and in small numbers. Mechanically it belongs with the Q45 of the same years rather than with the M35 that followed.

Sold as **M35 and M45**, and in Japan as the Nissan Fuga. On the FM platform shared with the G35 and the 350Z, so its front suspension and much of its drivetrain read across from those cars.
