P0A23: Generator Torque Sensor Circuit Range/Performance

Make sure every stored code is read, not just this one — a range/performance fault on a computed value is frequently the echo of another family's fault.
What this code means
The generator torque reading is electrically alive but implausible against what was commanded and what the vehicle is doing.
As at P0A18, a computed value failing its plausibility check often means a fault in one of the inputs it is computed from — so a companion code from the current or position sensor families, if present, is the one to chase first.
