A power drop with this code is protection against a temperature that likely is not real. Mention exactly when it happened; it helps separate wiring from sensor.
What this code means
Motor B's temperature circuit reads at the top of its range — usually the open-circuit direction on a thermistor.
As at P0A2D, some vehicles derate as though the heat were real, so an abrupt loss of rear-motor assistance with this code stored is a wiring fault wearing a thermal costume. On rear-motor cars the underfloor harness is the likeliest casualty.
