What to do
The car drives normally; one seat's powered adjustment has stopped.
The most useful thing to establish first, and it takes one scan: are the other seats also reporting faults? On vehicles with individually powered seats they often share a local network. If several are silent, the fault is in what they share rather than in the seats. If only one is, the problem is on that seat's own wiring — which is a much smaller job.
Its wiring is the likeliest cause. A seat that slides, reclines and has a powered legrest flexes its loom over a long travel every time it is used, and the loom sits under the seat where luggage and feet reach it.
If a replacement module is proposed, ask two things: whether it needs coding to the vehicle — on a car like yours it almost certainly does, and one fitted without coding behaves exactly like a faulty one — and accept that stored seat memory positions will be lost and need setting up again.

Four seat modules means every seat in the vehicle is individually powered, which places it among luxury saloons, large SUVs and MPVs with individual rear seating. The relevant consequence is not electrical but architectural: on vehicles like these the seats are frequently on their own local subnet rather than directly on the body bus.
That matters because it changes what a fault means. Where the seats hang off a local link bridged by one of their number or by a nearby module, a fault in the bridge silences all of them — so several seat codes together point at the link or its master rather than at four failed modules. One seat silent while the others work proves the shared link is healthy and narrows the fault to that seat's own branch, which is a genuinely useful thing to establish before removing anything.
The other feature these vehicles bring is per-occupant memory tied to keys and profiles, which raises the coding point from U0209 to a near-certainty: a replacement module will almost always need configuring to the vehicle, and stored positions are lost regardless.
Physically, the same causes dominate as everywhere in this group — the under-seat loom, its connectors, and moisture — with the addition that individual rear seats on rails or with powered legrests flex their wiring over a much greater travel than a fixed bench ever does.
