U0267: Lost Communication With Image Processing Sensor C
What to do
The car drives normally; expect the surround-view system to be unavailable.
Ask one thing before any trim comes off: are the other cameras also reporting faults? If several are, the problem is something they share — a supply or a wiring branch — which is one repair. If only one is, it is that camera. Every one of these sits behind trim, so working on the wrong one is expensive.
Two things worth knowing because you control them. Pressure washers and steam lances held close to a camera drive water past seals that handle rain perfectly well — these are small sealed units with the lens flush to the surface, and that is a genuine cause of failure. Keep the jet back from them.
And do not scrape ice off a camera lens. A scratched lens is not repairable and permanently degrades what the system sees. Warm water and a minute of patience is the right approach in winter.

Three or more image processing sensors confirms a multi-camera installation, and the useful question at this point stops being what is a camera for and becomes which one, and what did it see.
The counting test decides the shape of the job immediately. Several sensors silent together is a shared fault — the supply feeding the camera group, the branch of the network they sit on, or the module that aggregates them. Only one silent is that camera's own wiring, and the working ones prove everything shared is healthy.
That distinction is worth insisting on before any panel comes off, because these cameras are behind mirrors, in grilles and in tailgate handles — every one of them a trim job.
One environmental factor is specific to the lower-mounted cameras and worth naming: pressure washing. A grille or tailgate-handle camera is a small sealed unit with a lens flush to the surface, and a jet held close to it drives water past seals that cope perfectly with rain. The same applies to the steam lances used at hand car washes. It is one of the few causes on this list that an owner controls directly, and mentioning it is more useful than diagnosing around it.
Winter is the other. These lenses ice over, and de-icing them with a scraper marks the lens permanently — a scratched camera lens is not repairable and degrades the image the system relies on, so warm water and patience are worth the extra minute.
