Expect a group of features to have stopped working, most likely on the specialist or converted part of the vehicle rather than the driving controls.
Three of these translator modules is unusual on an ordinary car and normal on a van, chassis cab, minibus or motorhome, where there are extra networks for the body equipment, a trailer, a tachograph or fleet tracking. If your vehicle has been converted or has equipment fitted after it left the factory, that is very likely where this lives.
On an ordinary car, mention any second-hand module or retrofit that has been fitted. A car can be told it has equipment it never had, and then complain about it forever. That is a coding correction rather than a repair, and no amount of testing will find a fault, because there is nothing there to fail.
The vehicle is normally safe to drive. If a trailer, tail-lift or other body equipment is affected, do not use it until it has been checked.

A third gateway module is broadcasting data that cannot be accepted as true. See U0447 for what a gateway does and U0448 for why a vehicle carries more than one.
Three gateways is rare on a passenger car and ordinary on a commercial one. A chassis cab, a bus, a motorhome or a specialist conversion carries networks a car does not — a body-builder interface, a trailer or drawbar system, tachograph and fleet telematics, a passenger-compartment network, auxiliary hydraulics — and each boundary between them is somewhere a gateway sits.
So the first question on a passenger vehicle is whether the module exists at all. As at U0446, configuration data tells the vehicle what equipment it has, and a gateway coded as present but never fitted produces this code with nothing to find. That is a coding correction, and it follows conversions, retrofits and used modules taken from better-equipped vehicles.
Where the module does exist, the U0447 reasoning applies unchanged — the fault is usually on a network beyond it rather than in it, breadth of symptoms indicates one module rather than many faults, and anything that changed recently is the first suspect.
