Wat deze code betekent
The gaseous fuel vaporizer A is not performing as it should.
This is a component code rather than a circuit code, and the difference is the whole of its value.
Every other code in this range names a circuit, a sensor or a valve. This one names the part itself and says it is not doing its job — which means the module has looked at everything it can measure, found no individual fault to blame, and concluded the component is failing.
So the useful question is what else is stored. With circuit or sensor codes beside it, this is the consequence and those are the cause. Standing alone, it is the harder and more honest verdict: the measurements are fine and the hardware is not performing.
A vaporizer that has stopped performing has usually scaled up internally over years, transferring heat less well than it did, or lost its coolant flow. The full argument is at P2A50 — it is heated by engine coolant because boiling LPG absorbs heat, so a cooling fault and a vaporizer fault present identically and the cheap one should be ruled out first.
