The car drives normally. This is the entertainment system — most likely rear screens if the code names the rear zone.
First question: does your car actually have this equipment? These were expensive options, and if the stereo or screens have ever been replaced with second-hand units from a better-equipped car, yours may have been told it has kit it does not have. That is a coding correction and there is nothing to repair.
If the equipment is fitted, check for damp — under the front seats, in the boot side panels, in the seat backs. Rear entertainment modules get mounted in exactly the places water collects.
If nobody uses the rear system, it is still worth dealing with, because a module that will not shut down keeps the car awake and flattens the battery over a few days. Ask whether it can be properly coded out rather than left complaining.

The qualifier in this title is doing real work: it says which entertainment zone, on a vehicle that has more than one.
A car with front and rear entertainment modules is running independent zones — the front system the driver uses, and rear screens with their own sources, controls and often headphone outputs. The modules coordinate, which is why one can report the other's state as implausible.
One numbering note worth having, because it looks like an error. dtcsearch and several public lists render this code and its sibling with the position dropped, so two different numbers appear under one identical title. They are not duplicates: the standard distinguishes them by zone, and the enumeration this corpus transcribes carries the qualifier.
Rear entertainment lives in the worst places for water — under front seats, in seat backs, behind boot side panels — which makes damp the first physical suspect, exactly as at U0538.
And the aftermarket case is strong here. These were expensive options; second-hand head units and screens from better-equipped vehicles bring their configuration with them, and a car told it has rear entertainment it does not have reports this with nothing to find.
