Low fuel pressure
Delivery pressure below specification, from a tired pump, a blocked filter, a leaking regulator or a restricted line. It is a measurement rather than a diagnosis — the useful question is what is causing it, and a test that reads pressure without also checking flow under load will pass a pump that cannot deliver.
