Do not attempt to investigate this yourself, and do not let an untrained workshop attempt it. The car will not move because its high-voltage battery has deliberately disconnected itself — that is the safety system working, not a fault to be worked around. Have it recovered to a workshop with hybrid-qualified technicians. If the vehicle has recently had any work done, mention it: a service plug or cover not correctly refitted is the commonest cause, and it is a five-minute fix in the right hands.

Was dieser Code bedeutet

A fault in the high-voltage interlock circuit. This is a safety system rather than a functional one, and it is the single most important thing to understand about working on a hybrid.

How it works. A hybrid's high-voltage system runs at several hundred volts DC, which is lethal to touch — not a shock, an electrocution. To make the vehicle safe to work on, a small low-voltage loop is routed in series through every high-voltage connector, every cover and every service disconnect. Removing any one of them breaks the loop. The moment the loop opens, the module commands the contactors inside the battery pack open, disconnecting the pack from everything downstream.

The effect is that you cannot expose a live high-voltage conductor by taking something apart: the act of taking it apart is what de-energises it. It is an elegant piece of design and it works, and this code means the loop is open.

Why the car will not move. With the loop broken the contactors stay open, so the pack is isolated and there is no traction power. That is not a failure — it is the system doing exactly what it exists to do, and it should not be worked around.

What it usually is. Most often something genuinely disconnected: a service plug not fully seated after work, a cover left loose, a connector not latched. Sometimes the loop itself has failed — a corroded pin or a chafed wire — in which case the pack is isolated despite nothing being open. Both present identically.

The part that matters more than any of the above. Orange cabling marks high voltage. Do not disconnect it, cut it, probe it, or work near it. Do not attempt to bypass or bridge the interlock loop to make the car move — that defeats the only thing standing between a technician and several hundred volts, and people have been killed by systems that were bypassed by someone earlier. This is not a repair for a general workshop either: it needs high-voltage training, insulated tools and the correct isolation procedure.

Dazu wurde noch nichts veröffentlicht. Was immer Sie gefunden haben, ist es wert, aufgeschrieben zu werden — selbst eine Sackgasse erspart jemandem denselben Nachmittag.

Was einen Bericht lesenswert macht:

  • Das Fahrzeug — Marke, Modell, Baujahr und Motor. Derselbe Fehler verhält sich auf jedem anders.
  • Was Sie gemessen haben, nicht nur, was Sie getauscht haben.
  • Was es tatsächlich behoben hat — oder dass nichts es behoben hat, was ebenso nützlich ist.
