O que fazer
The car will not charge and will usually still drive. Trying different charge points will not help — this is a circuit on the vehicle between the battery management system and the charger.
O que este código significa
The charger's enable circuit is faulty.
Two circuits reach the charger and they do different jobs, which is the distinction this pair of families turns on.
The enable line is a permission: it says the charger may operate at all. The control circuit is an instruction: it says what to do — how much current, at what voltage, for how long. A charger with permission and no instruction does nothing; a charger with an instruction and no permission also does nothing, and the two look identical from the driver's seat.
They are separate deliberately, and the reason is safety rather than tidiness. A separate enable means the battery management system can cut the charger off decisively, in one action, without depending on the control channel being intact or on the charger interpreting a command correctly. A system that could only ask a charger to stop would be relying on the charger still working.
So which of the two has failed tells you which conversation broke, and reading both families together is faster than testing either alone.
The circuit is open — nothing reaching the charger.
