The vehicle drives normally; a door has stopped responding electrically — or, on a vehicle like yours, possibly never had that equipment at all.
Two things worth establishing before anyone starts taking panels off.
Which door is G? On a vehicle with this many door modules there is no standard convention — it depends on the manufacturer and, on a converted vehicle, on the converter. The wiring diagram for your specific build is what identifies it, and stripping the wrong panel here means removing interior lining rather than popping off a door card.
Has this code been there since the vehicle was new? Bodies built to order often use a control unit configured for the full set of doors and then fitted to a vehicle with fewer. If the configuration was never corrected, the vehicle reports a missing module for equipment that was never installed. That is a coding job, not a repair, and no amount of wiring inspection will find it.

Seven door modules is the far end of the series, and its practical meaning is that documentation matters more than diagnosis here. On a vehicle with this many addressable door nodes — a minibus, a specialist conversion, a large commercial body — the mapping between letter and physical door is entirely manufacturer-specific and sometimes converter-specific, and there is no convention to fall back on.
Guessing which door G is, on a vehicle where stripping the wrong panel means removing interior lining rather than a clip-off door card, is expensive. The wiring diagram for the specific vehicle and body build is the tool that finds it, and on a converted vehicle that may mean the converter's documentation rather than the base manufacturer's.
A related point that saves whole afternoons: a module reported as lost may not be fitted at all. The vehicle's configuration then has to be coded to match what is actually there — and a configuration left at the default reports a permanent lost-communication fault for equipment that was never installed.
