O que fazer
Note exactly when it happens — over bumps, on turns, when the engine is hot, or when something switches on. That pattern is the diagnosis on an intermittent supply fault, and nobody in a workshop can observe it for you because the fault is absent most of the time. If the engine has ever cut out and restarted by itself, say so; that is a momentary loss of power to the module and is the clearest evidence of this fault there is. Any codes recorded at the same moment are probably consequences rather than causes.

The module's supply is dropping out or fluctuating rather than holding steady.
This is the most disruptive member of the family and the hardest to catch. A momentary interruption can reset the module mid-drive, which means the engine cuts and restarts, adaptations are lost, and a fresh set of faults is recorded on the way down — none of which describes the actual problem.
The pattern the driver observes is the most valuable evidence available, because the fault is by definition absent most of the time. Whether it happens over bumps, on turning, when warm, or when a particular load switches on points at completely different places: bumps and turning at a connector or a chafed wire moving, heat at a joint expanding, load at a relay or a resistance that only shows under current.
Wiggle testing with the supply displayed is the standard approach and usually finds it, but only if someone knows where to concentrate — which is what the driver's account provides.
